I hope they are able to hang onto that decision unlike what a court just ruled about a community that had voted to ban fracking in CO.

Finally got in by resetting my options. Yes, good for them. JL, the good news, as far as it goes, was that the judge also ruled the ban could remain in place while being appealed, and there will be an appeal. Also, there is a state-wide measure on the November ballot which if passed should change the law enough to change the decision. An "Environmental Bill of Rights." I'll try to post something about it Right now I don't know enough.
