PHOENIX -- Phoenix police have identified a suspect accused of kidnapping and molesting a 5-year-old girl before a patrol officer spotted his car and helped rescue the child.

These creeps sicken me & I'm glad they caught another one let's hope they keep him off the streets. They let too many of these pervs right back out to prey on more children & I'll never understand why. A too rare happy ending this time.

If they let him out, the next time he probably won't be caught in time. They learn from their mistakes. This should be enough to put him away for life - no parole. We need stronger laws. He's not going to stop.

How awful he'd already hurt her before she was rescued- it seemed so quick I guess everyone hoped she'd be unhurt.
