Pathetic that this crime ends up as a very low misdemeanor. Suspended sentence? Are you kidding me?Ignorance of the law is no excuse, and these pervs knew that this was an underage girl. I also find it terribly disturbing when children choose any means they can...to get out of the poverty they obviously know. This girl should be in school during the day...and at home studying. What type of family life must she have endured. Such a Heartbreaking story for young girls, and disgusting punishment as the "pat on the wrist" for the CREEPS! Sorry Terry, but this story breaks my heart. Wado Unali!

What will happen to the girl? These guys should be responsible for giving her a better future somehow. Probation should include community service working with young people or something related. Then maybe everyone involved would learn a real lesson.

Um, I find it rather difficult to believe that they couldn't tell the difference in the fake id she supposedly handed them and the act that she might have looked under-age. Then there is also the fact that she might not have worked there if she was made to give references and if they would have checked to make sure everything was on the level. Maybe this will serve as a lesson and a reminder to others that you can't always base age upon looks and that anyone who is hiring someone to perform a job for them should check references.
