NEW YORK - BP's agreement to put $20 billion into a fund for victims of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill lifted the stock market off its lows and sent the major indexes to a narrowly mixed finish.

To dame BP your money is not enough to pay for the damages in the environment you must have a long term plant to clean the area until done! not just money its more than that amount may be better for your Life cleaning the trash!

This just simply ANNOYS the hell out of me. 20 billion...hummmmm. Not going to pay out dividends for..."awhile"? I want to see those arrogant multimillion and billionaires roll up the sleeves of their silk shirts and GO CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES! I wonder how they would feel if this happened in one of their swanky neighborhoods?
