This abuse at this urgent care of this lady is appalling.
One wonders how prevalent this kind of maltreatment of patients is??!!

Doctor or P>A> - either way, totally inappropriate and wrong. Poor lady! I hope she does report him to the business bureau- he should be fored.
Nothing justifies his disgusting tirade - he should be held accountable, and his verbal abuse and behavior should be confronted -
what he put this lady through, while she was polite and civil, is disgusting!

How dare he act like this. He needs mental health treatment, imo.. and time off, to cool off, before he doe more harm!
