Who is getting what money and who is not? Take some time to join Jon Stewart and laugh at the farce we call campaigns. Enjoy! ****HUMOR****

This is a short segment of last night's program. If we can not laugh at this farce then we really are in deep trouble. Candidates all say remarkably stupid things and luckily we have Jon Stewart to demonstrate satire at it's finest.

Sorry Victoria - I have no control, I think I may be in love with Jon Stewart.

LOL! This is funny and sad at the same time! Funny that Republican candidates could be so ignorant...and sad for the same reason.

Giving this some thought....the thought just occurred to me that there are people who might vote for these individuals. If these are their "alpha" males and females, what does this say about them? Perhaps this could help the economy? Maybe there will be a boost in "I'm with stupid >" tee shirt sales!

Phil...are you on the writing staff for Jon Stewart? I just know he would love that idea, why not send it in - it's really funny.

Thanks Kit. With the country going to hell in a hand basket (as my grandmother used to say) we all need Jon and some humor to help us get through another day.

To think we were concerned that a new administration would make The Daily Show & Colbert Report work for the jokes..luckily(????) Congre$$ has out Bu$h Leagued the original Bu$h Leaguers!:(

Dagnabbit Miss Kitty, I cannot use the link in the article because I am in Canada...I have to go to Comedy Central here to view it. Luckily, I have the link in my bookmarks bar, but still, it is The Daily Show, so you can't just watch a bit... :D

Kit, you think you might be in love with Jon. I know I am. Thanks for bringing these segments. I don't always get to watch. He is not only funny, but handsome. We need more mumor in our lives.

I meant humor, not mumor. Hard to proofread when that thing pops up covering what you have already written. Am having so many problems with Care2. Anybody else??

Thanks, has been a long day, this was a nice way to draw it to a close along with the wonderful news that a C2 members cancer seems to be gone! She is so appreciative of all those prayers. Hey, I'm dancing happy.

I tune in to watch Jon...and he's 'spot on' with politics, and who's playing. It's hard sometimes to think that he's doing comedy...same w/Bill Maher, I love his discussion panel!! I also watch Stephen Cobert who follows Jon...Like Dotti wrote...he's handsome. Got more gray now in his hair than he did when he first started, but I enjoy watching his show. Thanks, Kit.

Jon never fails to bring a good (needed) laugh to a pretty dismal reality. He is simply m-a-h-v-a-l-o-u-s, as you Phil...love your humor!

@Kit

I keep telling Jon he should hire me. But he insists that all he has to do is watch FOX and the jokes pretty much write themselves!

I love this man. He never fails to entertain and be absolutely correct at the same time.

You're right, Phil...,
This is funny and sad at the same time! Funny that Republican candidates could be so ignorant...and sad for the same reason, BUT the saddest part is that so many VOTERS could be so ignorant! I don't know about the rest of you, but I want my public servants to be a helluva lot smarter than I am!

The Daily Show is the best political satire since Mort Sahl or even Will Rogers.

Jon Stewart and the Daily show along with The Colbert Report are national treasures. I watch them every day that they are on.

Watch Jon every day too here in Canada. I just gotta have my daily laugh with Jon. I think he's smart enough to run for President and make Colbert his Vice (or maybe the other way around).
