I wonder if China will start calling in all those billion-dollar loans now? If only Bush had the brains, heart and soul to absorb some goodness from the Dalai Lama!

I certainly hope His Holiness The Dalai Lama protects himself with a good strong wall of postive energy to repel all the rotten negative energies that will be emminating from Bush!!!!

I figure Bu$h may try an "intervention" to convert the Dali Lama to Christianity!

I wonder what the Dali Lama "read" from Bush-I wonder if he noted the "dead eyes," the inability to be truthful even w/himself, and I would love to have heard what the Dali Lama said to Bush. Not that Bush would understand it. Noted/Shared

H.H. XIV Dalai Lama is almost alway swilling to meet with "anybody" to resolve conflict(s) ...

We will all wait on the spectacular Congre$$ional Medal of Honor be$towed on H.H.XIV Dalai Lama tomorrow ... so that we can see how the Bu$h admini$tration will explit him for their advantage ...

If His Holiness can shead one ounce of light into Bushes heart and help him see the distruction he is causing I would be eternally grateful.

I look at the photo above and think,
"Now, this is the ultimate portrayal of
good and evil."
It really shows just how good a man
His Holiness is, that he is willing
to meet with GWB, but I would not
blame His Holiness one bit if he felt
the need to take a long hot shower after
the meeting.....with plenty of soap.

Thanks, Cate.

Margaret is right! smell of sulfur LOL!

I'm surprised the Shrub would give an award to the Dali Lama. A tiny little kudo to the shrub. Or is it all the idea of Congress....who comes up with these ideas? Who decides to give a Congressional Medal?

The Chinese should have considered the possibility that some of Bush's stupidity would rub off on his holiness, the dalai lama, and encouraged the meeting.

I Believe the Dali Lama is a very bright man! I know he can see right through Bush. I do not think if he shared a
parable with Bush it would be understood.

Wednesday October 17, 2007, 10:48 pm
If only "compassion" could rub off on a crazed man. Think not. Thanks, Cate. Noted ~

Wow, what a contradiction in terms. Who would of thought bush would meet the Dalai Lama. Maybe hes trying to get rid of some of that horrible karma. Thx Cate

It is always a great pleasure for me to come to the US. this country represents the universal concepts of liberty and justice for so many people around the world. it is here that we come to seek support for our cause. and with the help of dedicated individuals, it is here that we have found genuine support through the american people.- Dalai Lama (once upon a time)

I am surprised to read that the Dalai Lama considers Bush and Laura like family and very close friends ?
How could someone so spiritual consider someone so evil as his close friend ? Now I know we are suppose to believe that we are all one but that is on a spiritual level not a physical one .
From what I just read I don't think Bush will gain nothing from this visit .He already see's himself as God .
