Americans are wondering what BLM is hiding? What are they doing as they process nearly 1900 illegally caught wild horses in Nevada that they don't want the public, the horses owners, to see?

Why are Americans powerless to act against the BLM? Is there no one who can try for a court injunction to allow viewing? I just keep on reading about the BLM - but no legal action against them.....
