Even compared with some of the most hazardous jobs in the law enforcement field, game wardens face tremendous risk. Their job is also one of the most difficult, given that so few officers must police hundreds of millions of acres.

Christopher Johnson should get the death penalty. He interfered and murdered an officer who was trying to do his duty. My condolences to his family. Mr. Grove is a Hero. The world and animals need more like him.

God bless these brave men and women who protect the wildlife from the cowardly people who terrorize our brother animals of the forest, desert, and wetlands. A thankless job that isn't in the public eye. They must ,like many police, see the cruel acts of the lowest of humanity.

People who have no respect for animal life usually don't respect human life either. This piece of human scum should be locked away for the rest of his life. It won't bring back David Grove, but it will prevent him from killing any more innocent victims, human or animal.

It's a shocking state of affairs when a crime of poaching turns into a murder case.
David Grove, may you Rest In Peace.

I guess this confirms that humans are the most dangerous animals.

i'd have to know more about him before i'd call him a hero. alot of these fish and game employees are avid hunters.
