Thirteen countries in the territories of which tigers are still living in the wild will launch a joint $330.8 million program to keep the endangered animal from extinction, James Adams, Vice President of the World Bank said on Sunday.

Noted. I hope they'll manage to keep the poachers out of the area they want to set aside for the tigers. At least Russia has a PM who's interested in controling and trying to get the number of tigers up again, even if it's only in Russia. When the other countries see one success they might be more motivated in doing something to save the tigers in their own country. I truly hope this is going to work for our animal world's sake more than anything else!

Noted.Thank you for this uplifting news.People should show more dedication to such a worthy cause,after all they are the ones who are out there killing animals an if it weren't for all those greedy humans out there we wouldn't be here begging governments asap to save what's left of that majestic creature.

Read & noted, thanks Simone. I hope it's not already too late to save these magnificent, beautiful big cats from extinction in the wild, given the relatively low numbers left. Their loss would be a grave, tragic loss to all.
