A North Korean artillery attack on a South Korean border island last week that left four people dead has taken a heavy toll on animals too, with hundreds of dogs left there without care after their owners evacuated to the mainland,

Korea of all places - they dont care about any living souls, man or animal.

So sad.The animals always get left on behind to suffer.I am glad they are trying to help them but in an extreme case such as this,there is never enough manpower to help all
