I wish that more veterinarians had the compassion and concious of Jim Brown. He is a hero for speaking out.

Shared on Facebook. This is a good vet. I always thought they should have animals' best interests in mind... but there are vets who do rodeo events and animal testing labs. :(

I think TRUE veterinarians became vets because they care about animals. Now, research scientists, that's a different story. They leave compassion, pity, and humanity at the door. Perhaps IF such testing is deemed necessary by a Board or something, the vets should be doing the procedures and care of the animals they're testing. Let's face it; my toothpaste, hairbrush, shampoo, body wash, etc., doesn't need to be animal tested. Come on!

this is terrible.........i am sure unimaginable happenings go on behind closed doors...I think too many researchers become addicted to RESEARCH, losing their compassion, or ability to recognize when experiments are NOT RIGHT

Experiments with animals shows the worst cruelty and decadence of our civilization.
