After the senseless culling of 100 sled dogs in Whistler, British Columbia, nearly 50,000 Change.org community members joined actor Ian Somerhalder (Lost, The Vampire Diaries) in calling on the province to reform its Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act

If Premier Clark lives up to her word on this issue, she will receive a huge boost by an awful lot of dedicated animal advocats in British Columbia.
