The amn is a total disgrace to the post that he holds. He has done absolutely NOTHING to enhance our animal welfare laws, in fact, he's only interested in 'feathering' his own nest and those of his cronies.

Signed. I have never heard of a country having an "animal welfare minister" but that may be part of his portfolio. If he is supposed to protect animal welfare then he is accountable to help them.
