Since tragedy struck the island nation of Japan on March 11, 2011, few people or animals have been unaffected by the earthquake and tsunami and subsequent radiation crisis. Three months after the disaster, it's far from over.

The link to enable letters to be forwarded is Kingship Circle site. Click on the blue coloured highlighted area which states "write letters to the Japanese Government to permit animal rescue" This is next to the photo of 2 people with the husky dog.

Please allow the Kinship Circle and any other animal rescue organizations into evacuated areas to rescue stranded animals. These helpless creatures need our help and compassion.

Noted. I do think that the Japanese government and the power company should be doing far more to help the animals caught up in this situation. Animals played a significant part in the peoples lives who have had to leave them behind. Treat them with respect.

My comment is sent for the Official Residence of the Prime Minister. Suffering animals must be saved.
Thank you Simone.

This is heart breaking. God bless all the animals in the world and may those that make these decisions suffer the same fate as the animals. The good Lord will send more disasters to this country for not caring for its animals.
