When this little bear cub got stuck in a garage, there was no choice but to save him. But the rescuer wasn't the owner of the house... it was his mom! What a loving momma.

I think I would have been very nervous making a video of this. Momma would likely be very nervous and upset. Great video

too often the unnatural way in which humans live puts animals in danger. They should ahve moved that dog so s/he would not scare the cub. The important thing is that the bears are fine though.

Very smart Mama and cub. I feel that the dog should have been removed. as could have easily really disturbed the Mama bear. On the intelligence of bears...not long ago I watched a video of a bear using a flat stone to wash with in a river!!

I'm wondering who was filming and why they didn't open the garage door. Was it worth it to destroy the door and have such a scared cub and pissed off mama? Guess so.

If I lived there and had lots of bear activity, I'd likely have a trank dart rifle ready to knock 'em down for recovery by the game warden if they'd got belligerent but would otherwise hope they solve the problem on their own. If they don't bite anyone I have no desire to injure them or kill an animal I don't really want to eat, but I would feel vested interest in using nonlethal means to keep it that way.

Animals have brains but no understanding of knowledge, Humans have knowledge but no brains, if they (Humans) did have brains they would not do all the horrible things that they do!!!
