Two weeks ago a stranger showed up to debate Willard Romney, and I have to say that I was worried that the stranger might return. My concern was in vain. Barack is back! After last night, I may have to change my nickname for Romney, Lord Willard, to Lord Lunch. After providing you with the complete video of the debate, in case you missed it or wish to review it, I shall share some of my own observations.

Nailed it! President Obama hit Romney with the one issue Romney really doesn't like, the facts.

I feel like singing Welcome back Cotter! LOL! Obama was on fire last night and Mitt the shit just could not interrupt as much as he did the first time. Obama, your chances are looking very good right about now. Thanks Tomcat

Dawg, I so LOVE IT when my Prez let's his Pit Bull of its choke chain.......

Between Willard's outright bullying (or attempted) and yelling in the Prez's face (and in Candy's) and blatent disrespect for the man and the office and Queen Ann's snippiness and venomous dagger-like stares at the Prez....if the citizens cannot see them for what they truly are, then there is no hope that they will be able to hear the lies and the haughtiness, the blatant Aristocratic/Autocratic aires they wish to inflict on all of us, then I don't know that there is much hope for the future.

Then again.....There has to be...has to be....people such as us who can still think critically and hear BS when it is spoken or see it when it's slung. It is to those people that I hope the Prez got through to and that Rmoney further ailienated.

President Obama definately won that fight. Rmoney is nothing but a tattered sock puppet for the NeoCons and it showed last night.

Mr. Obama was great.........but again I admit I think he should win on issues as we are electing a President and not just a debator or business leader.......

And the President will chew up and spit out Mitt, on the Foreign Policy Debate on Monday...I know for sure the President kicked Mitt's ass last night because all the conservatives are crying and whining today...

Tom, I think it's really important to put emphasis on Romney's bold-faced LIE about his supposed singularly heroic efforts to appoint more women to positions in Massachusetts government. It was a great find on your part, but it might be overlooked --and it's too important for that to happen. I hope you don't mind that I'm adding a link directly to that article. This is something no one should overlook. I hope the women of MassGap come forward and tell the country about yet another one of Mitt's big lies. He shouldn't be able to get away with lying with impunity.

Mind the Binder

FINALLY, the Mittster made that GAFFE we were all waiting for in the First Debate {where he was just reciting the same stuff he memorized, over & over again, because they had gotten the questions in advance}. Here, Mitt's memorizations didn't help as much; he tried to use them, but the REAL questions from a LIVE audience, threw him....

The Mittster COULD'VE said, instead of "BINDERS FULL OF WOMEN", something like "Binders full of Resume's" or even "Binders full of Women's Resume's". But, just like for him, "Corporations are People, my friend", so to him, what is IN a Binder IS the Woman, all that matters to HIM is her Resume', it IS the same as the Woman...

There're LOTS of these, they are HILARIOUS, especially the ones featuring Hilary Clinton;

I also just LOVED the way President Obama gave Mitt enuf rope to HANG HIMSELF WITH.
I think the greatest, most telling and decisive WINNING WORDS in the Debate, were, "Please proceed, Governor....." Just that!

BUT, as the ICING ON THE CAKE...
"BINDERS OF WOMEN"....
Hilarious take here, a few keep being added...

What has been most interesting to me today is how all my Repub friends on Facebook are whining about how badly Candy treated Romney, which, according to them, affected his performance. Hahaha. Love it when they can't really defend their positions and have to attack someone who is blameless.

I'm with Gloria, just finished filling out my ballot this morning. Demorcratic all the way with Obama as President of course!

I thought the debate could/should have been a wake up call for the Repubs yet I hear this morning that Wrongmey is ahead in most polls. I just can't wrap my head around the voters who will vote for this man without fact checking what he says or else with their blinders on, especially women. With so few days to go until the election I am banking on Obama hitting it out of the park on the next debate.

Romney is a nasty fascistic type CEO who is already acting like he's our boss, just like Trump (just a bit slicker) to fire us and reprimand us, take all we've got, then whip us to perform for him to make up the deficit. Capital gains....don't touch that, that's all for him to keep. He calls it "competition" and "capitalism" but where he is going is toward the ideals of the fascism, of the Ku Klux Klan, of slavery! He is just trying to create a foggy vision so we can't deduce that this is his agenda. But, anyone with a brain can see where he is heading!

Obama said it, he's got a 1 point plan, to protect his own interest, and play by separate rules. One for himself where he gets to keep all the money and keep all the loopholes he has been taking advantage of, while forcing the rest of us to play by a whole other set of rules where we pay and pay and pay until we die.....after all, where the fittest survive, and he is fittest, in his opinion we are not fit to compete in his game and we deserve what we get.......you can see where it goes.

Only fools can be this misled by such a greasy liar, exposed over and over again for being the vulture that he is.

His father would have been ashamed of his spoiled nasty antisocially disordered clueless creep of a son who feeds on the misfortunes of others and is trying to convince the voters that this is how you "balance the budget". Even his father's aide is voting for Obama!!! Get a clue! Only a fool would believe Romney, and only a nasty sociopath or ignorant would vote for him. No discernment, no wisdom, nothing between the ears but the lizard brain (amygdala).

The lost ones talk about being so afraid of the nonsense of Obama's "socialism" when they really should be afraid of "sociopathic" tendencies of their boy. He fits the definition very well.

Didn't his haircut make him look like a gangster from a 40's movie or a Nazi from a WWII flick?..... or a vampire? He even looked the part he played, and at one point, I swear I saw fangs! and didn't his eyes glow like a vampire's when he thought he had Obama and was forcing his words past Candy to lie?.....just sayin' :o)

Dangit, the truth just always, always ALWAYS prevails!!!!
Hallelujah, the choirs of angels were singin' last night!!!!

Thanks everyone.

Sue, I'm covering it in another article today too.

The first debate did move the polls. In the whole they may not be important, but in swing states just a few votes could make a difference.

From Michelle Goldberg:
"I have no idea if Romney’s poor showing will change the momentum of the campaign the way Obama’s did. Nevertheless, the night scarcely could have gone better for the president.

The hectoring, hyped-up alpha male attitude that served Romney so well in the first debate seemed, in the context of a town hall, bullying and slightly unhinged.
His whining about not getting enough time was a reminder of his petulant, entitled side.

Obama’s confidence, his evident connection with the audience, seems to have badly rattled his opponent, leading to errors that were entirely unforced.

The question about Libya, for example, should have offered Romney a chance to put Obama on the defensive. Instead, he clung to the mendacious conservative claim that the administration refused to call the attack in Benghazi an act of terror, even as Crowley corrected him in real time.

He ended up looking both uninformed and petty.

Then, in response to the night’s final question—an absurd softball about the ways in which he’s most misunderstood—he said he cared about “100 percent” of Americans, giving Obama an opening to bring up the infamous 47 percent video, which, until then, had gone unmentioned. For the president, it was the perfect note to end on.

At least some people on the right must realize this, even if they’re not admitting it publicly.

Online on Tuesday night, some were channeling their rage toward Katherine Fenton, who asked the question about equal pay for men and women. Michelle Malkin referred to her as a “#ladyparts tool,” while Fox’s Greg Gutfeld compared her with Sandra Fluke."
=======================================
SEVERAL commentators have said, that when you start BLAMING THE UMPIRE, that is a SURE sign that YOUR SIDE HAS LOST.

Very DIRTY of the Repukes, also, to BLAME THE {FEMALE} QUESTIONER.
This CLEARLY signals, that, Hey, under a Repukelican Administration, YOU{WOMEN} WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ASK UNSCRIPTED QUESTIONS YOUR REPUKE RULERS DON'T FEEL LIKE ANSWERING.
Shades of "The Handmaid's Tale"!

I especially like:

His whining about not getting enough time was a reminder of his petulant, entitled side."

From what I saw, both Obama and Biden lost their debates. Obama did it even with the help of the moderator. Democrats are good at employing "innocent" tactis, making lives of other people tough.

Send Obama to his University, get a qualified man to do the President's job.

One thing that I became aware of while listening to the debate was the frequency with which Romney used the phrase “I know what it takes to . . .” or very similarly worded phrases. Here are the ones I noted from about the first half of the debate.

I know what it takes to get an economy to work.

I know what it takes to create good jobs again.

I know what it takes to make sure that you have the kind of opportunity you deserve.

I know what it takes to bring them [jobs] back, …

I know how to make that [small business growth] happen.

I know what it takes to balance budgets.

I know what it takes to make an economy work,

I know what a working economy looks like.

I understand how hard it is to start a small business.

I know how to make that [jobs] happen.

Romney “…I want to make sure we keep our Pell grant program growing. …” — Funny, I thought that Lyin’ Ryan had dropped Pell Grants from his budget. And of course Romney is on record of previously saying “Ask your parents for the money.”

ROMNEY: 2014. When you come out in 2014, I presume I’m going to be president. I’m going to make sure you get a job. Thanks Jeremy. Yeah, you bet. — This so empty, insincere, and an out right lie because he won’t remember Jeremy in 2 years.

Had had heard that the debate damn near came to fisticuffs but I didn’t see that. Certainly both men at times seemed frustrated, and the limited time didn’t help that. Mr Obama was forceful this time around, while Romney was too often his lying, belligerent self.

Romney was caught in some lies and didn’t appreciate that. Well then he shouldn’t lie. I’m afraid if he didn’t lie, he’d have absolutely nothing of value to say that people would listen to.

Mr Obama clearly won. The next debate needs to deliver the same one-two punch.

Get out the vote!!!!!

Vote Democratic 2012!!!!! Vote Obama/Biden 2012!!!!!

@ Bob Algeron --- "...get a qualified man to do the President's job."

And who would that be in YOUR opinion? Romney? The Lord of Lies, Outsourcer-in-Chief?

POTUS has to represent ALL Americans, and Romney is clearly incapable of that. He would represent only the wealthy. He flip-flops on everything, whatever is convenient and expedient to say in the situation. He disagrees more often with his previous statements than he does with Mr Obama. He is a GREED and POWER hungry individual.

Get out the vote!!!!!

Vote Democratic 2012!!!!! Vote Obama/Biden 2012!!!!!

The fisticuffs apparently came {nearly} from Rmoney's son Tagg, who said that IF IT HADN'T HAVE BEEN FOR THE SECRET SERVICE PROTECTING HIM, HE WOULD HAVE PUNCHED PRESIDENT OBAMA IN THE FACE.

WOW! Like Father, like Son, huh? RAISING A BULLY TO FOLLOW IN HIS FOOTSTEPS.
THIS is a gang that wants to be the "First Family", supposedly a MODEL for the rest of society???????????

Like Mitt Romney, you remember, while in prep school, got a gang together to KIDNAP AND RESTRAIN A FELLOW-CLASSMATE, while Mitt wielded the shears and CUT THE STUDENT'S HAIR, which Mitt considered "too long" for his tastes!
Since Rmoney made NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, let alone any APOLOGY, his CHILDREN HAVE LEARNED NO LESSONS EXCEPT THAT BULLYING AND VIOLENCE ARE JUST FINE WAYS TO SETTLE DISAGREEMENTS.

[Rmoney ALSO admitted that HIS FIVE SONS WERE CHRONIC LIARS. I must say, that I raised a daughter that as far as I know, NEVER lied to her parents, or had any reason to...]
I hope this remark of Rmoney's son, IS NEVER, EVER FORGOTTEN BY ANYONE, EVER. It should go down as A THREAT AGAINST THE PRESIDENT, which is prosecutable... but, of course, the family has enough pull so that it won't be... but, like the dog on the roof of the car, NO-ONE SHOULD EVER FORGET THIS OR MAKE LIGHT OF IT.... Rmoney's son, after all, is not a "little child"....
It doesn't say much for Ann, his mother's, teaching either..... SHE wants to be "First Lady"?!!!? DISGUSTING!

THIS IS MAJOR, NOT A "MINOR" ISSUE AS THE TROLLS WILL OF COURSE TRY TO SPIN IT...
VIOLENT BULLIES IN THE WHITE HOUSE, SETTING THE STANDARDS FOR OTHER FAMILIES AND YOUNG PEOPLE... and Liars and Perpetrators of Animal Cruelty... setting the Standards for Americans...

THAT IS WHAT REPUKELICANS WILL BE VOTING FOR {except for those Repugs who still have a shred of decency left in them and are deserting the Rmoney Family...}

To the Fascist trolls infecting our threads once again....know this......

ENJOY YOUR SLAVERY under Willard...Lord of the Rats. Everything you have will vanish, everything you think you own will disappear. Everything you work for everyday will be the property of the Fascist state and only permitted for your use until such time as they deem correct for them to take it. Enjoy working to death for pennies on the dollar and having to work 16 hour days with no sick leave, no over time, no holidays and no raises....enjoy your deluded fantasies of getting rich...they will not happen. Now or in future as you slave away through your old age and to your death. Hope you have your papers in order, you will need them just to go across town to 'shop' for what paltry items you can get to keep from staving. Enjoy it. Savor it and remember YOU brought it to pass and YOU OWN IT.

Think this will not happen under your Fuhrer? It already has, several times in the past. This time around will be no different. Ask Italy, ask Spain, ask GERMANY how Fascism worked out for them. They remember. If you think I am embellishing this scenario, I assure, I am not. I have seen this crap up close and personal. I will not go down this road again. I will not. Nor will millions of others in this country....for long.

What will we do if President Obama looses......think real hard about it...then tell me what vision you see.

Sorry, Tom, I fed the frikken trolls.
