In a household in Serbia was born male calf in pale purple color. Calf, as if the cow is a descendant of the famous commercial for chocolate "Milka" has become the attraction in this village.

O.K. - let's give this calf a save sanctuary to live out his/her life, and don't let it be part of a sidestreet freakshow, and exploited. Let's protect it.

Go Ravens! It's an omen!

Let's hope he stays with his mother until she is ready to wean him.

Carol K., people are cruel to animals in North America as well, taking calves from their mothers soon after birth (as well as numerous acts of horrific cruelty, such as vivisection), hanging cattle and other animals by the leg and slitting their throats for the pleasure of human taste buds, declawing cats which is banned in most of the world except for the US and Canada, etc.

Bolivia is in South America, not Europe, and was one of the first countries to ban animals in circuses (which the US has not done yet). Afghanistan is in Asia.

I hope it can save it's life. I did I hear, that in 2011 over 500,000 calves were killed so their mothers would produce more milk? That's discusting. I gave up milk a couple of years ago and finally ice cream about 6 months ago. I refuse to contribute to an industry that abuses animals.

Tuesday Was Moebius Syndrome Awareness Day and everyone was asked to wear purple. Moebius Syndrome is a rare disability. Only 5, 000 to 15, 000 people worlwide have it. It affects a person's eye movements (He or she is unable to move his or her eyes side to side), facial expressions, speech, and sometimes other factors such as clubbed feet or missing limbs.
