Bernie can relate to many of us. He speaks realistically, not like the spoiled rotten to the core bulky tRump.
Thanks Wilde

Interesting that Bernie describes a life of upward mobility from humble beginnings, honest effort and modesty inspired by virtue and by contrast we have Trump.

A man who had the benefit of uncommon resources and opportunity. What Trump did with his good fortune is a sharp decline from privilege and prestige into a life time of dishonesty, cheating and con artistry, counter to every known human virtue and now represents these attributes on behalf of a misguided, scared, frightened and undereducated.

They need help, we need help. We are stuck in the muck of a lack of creative inspiration to deal with an overwhelming reality. Neither model of us vs. them will succeed, Bernie is right when he says it has to be us together. Flexibility will define a path from which we can all flourish. No time for fear, time for confidence to take bold steps forward. It's there and the path will be evident when the rigid thinking falls away.

“Coming from a lower middle-class family I will never forget about how money – or really lack of money – was always a point of stress in our family,” Sanders said as a sea of supporters waved blue-and-white “Bernie” placards behind him. “My mother’s dream was that someday our family would move out of that rent-controlled apartment to a home of our own.

“That dream was never fulfilled,” he continued. “She died young while we still lived in that rent-controlled apartment.”

How someone like trump can understand the American people is beyond me, only a man like Bernie who has experienced both ends of the 'wealth' scale can truly understand all Americans!!

You are lucky to have him!

The democratic socialist blueprint that other Dem presidential candidates have now taken up originated with Bernie, and we would do well to support him.
