Donny-boy has, apparently, insulted his beloved base of "...the uneducated," once, or twice, too often. Please see first comment.

Since the "uneducated" whom Dumpy professed to love, are bigly more intelligent than he is, they seem to be seeing him in a new light!

It makes little difference now because he has helped the Republican accomplish an impressively destructive wish list akin to the south venting it rage on the federal government for all bygone days. Plus the packing of courts for decades of southern re-education on science, environment, religious faith based out-sourced agencies and policies. Each attack on Federal agencies helps degrade them and make them harder and more expensive to re-establish. I wonder how much they will appreciate the Bush Admins Homeland Security occupying the land of moonshine however. They may have already allowed a reoccupation force of foxes into the henhouse.

Well, Mitchell, some of those who you would consider "Trump Supporters" are not totally uneducated.

For instance, my ex-husband and I then residing in Vermont, "supported" the only federally recognized alternative to the thoroughly corrupt Democratic National Commenttee and Clintonites who tampered with 16 primary elections and "cheated Bernie Sanders out of the nomination" according to Donna Brazile..... a woman of color, noble character, true intergrity and a national Democratic party leader.

But we voted for Bernie Sanders, as we always have since Bernie Sanders was mayor of South Burlington Vermont......and the choice to write in the name of a candidate of character and dedication to public service is always available to thinking US voters.

Considering the other activities of Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Chair of the DNC, at the same time the DNC was cheating Bernie....the computer server of the DNC went missing and Seth Richards employee of the DNC was murdered in Washington DC.......Julian Assange provided proof of that connection......but still the FBI found no evidence of collusion or any form of wrong doing......(you can never find what you are not even looking for")

I have two applied Masters (terminal degrees) and my ex husband still in Vermont, has two Ph.D's (terminal degrees) .....not totally uneducated. In fact, sufficiently educated to recognize corruption, crime, mendacity and to call murder ... murder. That is not supporting Trump. That is support honesty in US politics.

Getting an education doesn't necessarily mean being able to put that education to good use. Even someone with an impressive degree on the wall can still choose to be a racist, greedy, deny the science of climate change, and lock kids in cages. A lot of the worst tyrants throughout history had good educations but still made stupid choices based on hate and ignorance.

The Orange Ogre's idiocy caught up with him long ago. There are enough die-hard tRump chumps who would stick by him if he out-Hitlered Hitler that we cannot necessarily count on him being a one-term POTUS - provided he actually finishes his first term.

Fiona, I never said that I considered Trump supporters uneducated. I did, in fact, say that those he referred to as "uneducated," as In "I love the uneducated," are much smarter than him. That's why "uneducated," in y first comment is in quotes.

for a man who is being constantly outwitted by his own staff and the grossly sexual language Trump uses. Debates about policy are conducted in expletives. and phallic insults, it would tire even the least educated that he is without question one of the dumbest men around.

The events of today, politically speaking, of course, do not measure I.Q. The meddling of our most recent presidential election demonstrated by a preponderance of the evidence how easily manipulated a vast percentage of our population bought the pre-packaged Kool-Aid and enjoyed the sweet message of hate which was laced throughout the entire campaign. It brought our the worst of our nation and the worst of our character. It is doing so still. As has been said: Trump is not the cause, Trump is the symptom. Those who wish to hate, actually like how Trump does it. Those who wish to be the most wealthy, like how Trump does it. Those who feel exclusionary, like how Trump builds walls and designs towers with his name in gold. There are so many who actually LIKE how Trump does it. Few of us could see the reality of this much hate working feverishly across our nation and the world. Russia certainly used this time in history to force feed this hate to those who were hungry to digest it. And, here we are,...............
