On Dec. 9, 2013, CREW filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) for documents relating the SEC's decision to omit from its list of regulatory priorities for 2014 a proposed rule to require public

I would think that shareholders would want to know about ANY political uses of corporate money, ought to have the right to know, and not be stonewalled.
