The ever mounting colateral effects of regulations unintended results. Having caught a creature and killed it I beleive it yet another insult to that creature to throw it back into ocean dead especially as aresult of regulation. Fortunately for the birds they rarely read our stupid regulations and pick up what they can of garbage driven society and at least the fish that have died have benefited another living creature much as I abhor the consequence of cumulative folly in plundering the sea to destruction nopt to mention the other rubbish we throw into the ocean from our own poo to balloons and other plastic debris!

Humans need to be more aware of their actions impact on nature. Thank you.
