It contains milk/cream & butter so not vegan Colleen.

700g floury potatoes
150g kale or savoy cabbage
6 spring onions
75g butter, plus extra to serve
125ml whole milk, or single cream
Salt & black pepper

A lovely Vegetarian dish that i don't think i have ever tried!
i LOVE potatoes cooked any way, this sounds delightfully yummy & quite simple to make!
