The NSPCA shares the concerns of genuine pit bull lovers who may have had dogs stolen. Reassurance is given in this regard as none of the dogs rescued in the raid were stolen pets as each dog was bred by this fighting community

Thankfully they are arresting these cowards for their dirty deeds, but, we need the courts to actually convict these monsters! As we all know, the judge & juries usually dole out weal fines, probation for animal abuse cases. Each state NEEDS to reclassify pets as living beings & not personal property !

This is great, hopefully the dogs that were found there will get good homes and lean that there are good, loving people too... As for those horrible monsters, huge fines and working in animalshelters should be their "punishment"

Great news! These evil cowards hopefully will be getting the max--tho it's still not good enough. Glad these dogs are now safe+can be adopted out into loving homes very soon. Thx Kelly

There are truly some very ill people in the world. Ban dog fighting everywhere. Give out maximum sentences to these ill people. Any one watching this is sick in the head.

Good news a long time coming. There is no need for these animals to suffer because of man's stupidity.

This is good news, but I am afraid that this is just a dent in a very large dog cruelty situation.

I have NO clue what animal protection laws, penalties, and judges are like in South Africa. Does anyone? I see that investigations are ongoing and therefore they can't release everything they know in order not to jeopardize the investigation.

Thanks Kelly.
Great news. I really wish stupid, insane, sadistic people would go off and die somewhere.

We need to crack down more with strictor animal abuse, abandonment or murder charges.

Those poor dogs, what horrors they had to endure. I hope the perps rot in jail for long, long time.
