Why Is One Fast Food Restaurant Paying Double The Minimum Wage?

A new burger joint is joining In-N-Out Burger in the small but wonderful world of cheap food that isn't being sold to you by cheapskate billionaires. McDonald's, are you watching? Because your employees are not gonna feel good about this.

What ? Paying a living wage to people who are responsible for storing, prepping ,cooking and serving food in a timely manner to people who are to (lazy) busy to shop and cook for themselves and their families . Come on people , think about the shareholders

These laces should pay a living wage, they make Billion's and the worker's qualify for Aid which us the taxpayer's pay and then the businesses qualify for Aid too, the taxpayer are getting a 'Double Dose". Make the Businesses pay their own worker's a Living wage.
Thank you Freya

Hooray for this company! When Home Depot was run by the founders, employees started around $13 per hour, there were more people working in the stores, and the ratio of customers to employees in the stores was 300% or more less than now.Working conditions were better as well as benefits. Then Home Depot began adopting Walmart's business model

If the employees are getting that much then that is a tremendous amount of overhead that is passed on to the consumer. I woulde rather stick with McDonalds.
