Oregon Tea Party Founder Hasn't Paid His Mortgage in Three Years

Apparently "fiscal and personal responsibility" are for other people. He hasn't made a mortgage payment in over three years. And the process servers can't find him.

Oh dear, the poor man has be too busy for little things like paying his bills! Oh wait its must be down to forced budget austerity.

Isn't HE just the finest example of good citizenship?

BUT...how does he get away with not paying his mortgage? I'd be evicted.

And the mortgagee is Fannie Mae. They certainly have no qualms about evicting people. but it's usually good people who qualify for and are trying to negotiate in good faith for a renegotiated mortgage. However, they claim process servers cannot find him, and if serving him is a legal requirement to start eviction proceedings in Oregon, then they can't. But it is hard to believe he really can't be found. I sense graft.
