Don't Let Georgia Republicans Steal the Governor's Mansion From Stacey Abrams. Demand a Run-Off Election

Stacey Abrams could become the first black female governor in the history of not just Georgia, but the entire country. And for this to occur in a state so red, and so historically plagued by racism and violence against African-Americans, is incredible.

It really is a very close run - even a few miscounts can tip the balance, and absentee ballot numbers are sufficient to make a big difference in the result

The Guardian wrote:
In the Georgia governor’s race, Brian Kemp declared victory and resigned as secretary of state, but Stacey Abrams said she would not give up and announced a lawsuit.

With due respect - is Kemp rushing to claim victory because he knows/fears (from his 'oversight role') that the balance WOULD tip???

Is it any wonder why a large percentage of citizens no longer trust the voting process? This is blatant corruption! Thanks Freya. Signed.
