Should discount all of those invaded from 1941 through 1945, as they were because of WWII. Cuts down the list a bit...still...tells a sad tale from that point on.

Over the past 10, 15, 20, maybe more years - how many were invaded in the name of the Wall Street fat cats to impose our economic imperialism? The kicker is, when those veterans come home, all they find is red tape and B.S. between them and the services they need. How can anybody fight for this country these days, when people who put their arses on the line for Mom & Apple Pie sleep in cardboard boxes or get handed food stamp cuts while the CEOs of defense contractors wallow in C-notes like hogs in mud? We have gone from the Arsenal of Democracy and the Bastion of Freedom to a degenerate rogue nation. We have gone from government of the people, by the people and for the people to gub-mint of the corporations, by the corporations and for the corporations.

I Guess that I will never understand why people wage wars or why people kill people but they do. The middle east is on fire...Thankfully I am old now and will drop off this mortal coil ASAP.

To attempt to answer the question of why.....because we are an Empire? 2) Because we spend more money on war/MIC than half the world combined and we have to keep the Contractors in the black. 3) Because we have Sociopaths for leaders and 4) Because Wall St. and the IMF/WTO runs our, yeah, that's the one, country (cough cough). Pick one or all. Pretty much sums up our sad, pathetic insane view of humanity, or should I say....human commodity.

I live for the day that the cannon fodder wake up and say NO to the corporate elite (Fascists) and their wars of choice, lay down their weapons and refuse to obey their masters. It is a dream I know, but a nice one.

And the mighty War Machine keeps right on killing...until they run out of cannon fodder, which may be sooner rather than later the way they're going right now.

Well, thank goodness someone is keeping overpopulation from being even worse than it is today. I think the author give us too much credit for that, but what can you really expect from the anti-American, anti-Jewish extremist whackos.

Noted thanks David.
It is personal benifits and they love killing others
Love in their thoughts is killing not the key of peace and peace is not in their dictionary.
