Is there any item that doesn't contain palm oil?

That's quite a list there. Saving, and also passing on.

Thanks, Barb for posting xo

Check the ingredients before you buy anything! I see palm oil on the list, the stuff goes back on the shelf.

I'm the same way Freya. I do't buy if it has palm oil on the label.

Palm oil does seem to be in many, many food products. I wonder if there is an oil that wasn't so harmful that could be substituted instead? There are lots of sources for oil besides Palm trees.

Oh no! I do my best to avoid it. It doesn't even taste all that good. I suspect it is in "Palmolive" soaps too.
Thanks Barb!

Interesting. Do read labels/ingredients and try to stay away from it.
Thanks Barb

I try as well, reading labels. But there are always sneaky ways companies hide the fact that they use palm oil!
