Health care plans in United States have become very profitable for corporate CEO's and others, especially with backdatings, by manipulating the dating of executive stock options. They have also proven themselves as profiteers in scamming millions of insurers with high rate payments for any policy with them. Some companies are very slow or not at all about paying out claims and in a timely
fashion. You wonder why the Health Insurance industry and the system is in bad health.
