I may sound a bit extreme, but I don't like much those "leaders" who leave their country and people and stay leaders in "exile"...
But I support the people :)

Don't judge Dalai Lama!... He was forced to leave Tibet - it wasn't his decission but his compatriots. If he wouldn't leave he would be killed. Isn't it obvious?!

Well, if there was a shipping mechanism to the UK, I would order one of these calendars, but there's appears not to be.

Shared this over social media.

Dimi: so many patriotic leaders had to emigrate because of political reasons! Dalai Lama is only one of them, and I don't blame him for anything. He did what he only could, and still does... Look at the WORLD - all shout: "Free Tibet!", and than cowardly kneel on knees in front of China...

H.H. isn't a political leader, nor a captain of a ship & he's done so much good for the entire planet, we need him alive!

Thanx for posting Apolonia

Thanks Apolonia I'm afraid that we have to concede the Free Tibet cause was lost long ago .Let's not pretend that China will ever.relax its iron grip on the country. Now that it is a growing world power it answerable to nobody.

No wonder that many young Tibetans - mainly monks, often tortured - chosen self-immolation. But even this dramatic acts didn't impress the WORLD enough to do anything for Tibet... So is Tibetan's situation so hopeless?... All are helpless?.... No civilised way out?!...

Sad I to say I agree with Walter much to my disgust against China

Towards self-immolation: I truly understand Tibetans, because in my country - Poland - we also believe that it's better to die honorably than live on knees, in humiliating slavery.

I don't blame and I don't judge him. No one else except himself knows how and under which circumstances left the country.
But I honour those who stay and even die for their country. Especially those who stay and even die for a "higher" belief. For the rest, I see no difference from you and me :)
How he could be more useful for his causes, it's up to him to decide.

It seems hopeless, until humanity won't learn more civilised rules. Probably only after Armagedon...

The world as it is today, impossible to change. There were never such big changes in human behaviour in all human kind history. It will take generations. And probably after an Armagedon! :)
But that's why we spread our values and transfer them to next generations: to be ready and build a new, real peaceful and fair world for all :)
And yes we will make it :)

When Poland started to fight with USSR (in 1980, by SOLIDARITY) it also seemed rather impossible to win. with this "imperium of evil". But thanks to our common efforts and international solidarity it collapsed in few years (in 1990). So it's always worthy to fight for higher values and freedom. Fight with faith...

The situation is very difficult but sooner or later China will have to decide to give the autonomy to Tibet because the ethnic and religious differences do not allow a peaceful coexistence. I shared on the social media.

Why we cannot get a grip on the oppression in Tibet is criminal. Power and greed trump freedom in far too many areas of our little earth. Teach peace...Do what we can as citizens to keep the issue at hand and remind the UN and policy makers to keep Tibet at the forefront of tangible negotiation and hope.

I agree with Dimitris. Don't forget that A CAPTAIN NEVER LEAVES HIS BOAT FIRST BUT LAST and usually sinks with it. Nowadays of course many captains leave boats first and put blames on others. Anyway, I like this calendar. Of course i support Tibet's Freedom and if there's a shipping to my country i'll buy it. Shared and thanks Apollonia!

the things aren't always what they seem to be .... better don´t judge too quickly ...
There is an old and very wise Native American saying: Every time you point a finger in scorn—there are three remaining fingers pointing right back at you.” ... May we all walk in peace.

Thank you Apolonia. China has brought great disgrace upon itself with the continued barbaric actions and iron-fist rule over some of the most beautiful souls on the planet. Obviously, there has been no unification of all other free countries, to save them and prevent this scourge from spreading. A grand error and a global shame to not have done so at the onset. There, but for fortune, go you and I and our brothers and sisters. I hope to live to see the day when enough men know in their souls that goodness always prevails over evil, and join in one united tidal wave to drown all evil rule.
