She began by attacking what Shapiro called "the intelligence threats via Obamacare," by which he meant unsubstantiated reports in conservative news outlets that information given to the Healthcare.gov website had been stolen by overseas interests.

Thanks Carrie for the link to the article by Mr. Kaufman. It is not just immigrants that don't trust the GOP, it is anyone with brains, and not because they love the Constitution but because they don't. Read and noted

Noted...thanks Carrie. Rep Bachmann says, “One thing I've advocated a long time is to get rid of this mindless idea that if someone has a baby in the U.S. and the parents are illegal aliens, the baby should be given automatic status as an American citizen.” That "mindless idea" is rooted in the US Constitution that she loves so much. She is, in my opinion, one of the most ignorant (and stupid) members of congress. And that ignorant and very heartless statement is precisely why immigrants, whether their status is legal or undocumented, don't like or trust the GOP, the majority of whom (and particularly the more conservative wing - the so called "tea party") are self serving and racist. For her information, the list of people who don't like or trust the GOP doesn't stop with immigrants, they just happen to be the group whom the GOP (and especially the tea party) detests the most, although Blacks, Latinos, Women, LGBT, and the poor (in no particular order) all follow very closely on their hate list. One need only have knowledge of the GOP's agenda to be certain of that.

Lol The first step to fascism…
1. Powerful and continuing expressions of nationalism. From the prominent displays of flags and bunting to the ubiquitous lapel pins, the fervor to show patriotic nationalism, both on the part of the regime itself and of citizens caught up in its frenzy, was always obvious. Catchy slogans, pride in the military, and demands for unity were common themes in expressing this nationalism. It was usually coupled with a suspicion of things foreign that often bordered on xenophobia.

Michele Bachmann the cup runneth over with batpoop with her. There is just so much any rational person can cope with her given every time she opens her mouth it just seems to be completely wrong. In Mrs Bachmann's case she is a prime subject to demonstrate the Dunning-Kruger effect which put bluntly is she is too stupid to realize she is stupid. Why do people bother with what this woman is saying in the first place? It might be a shallow observation but the GOP doesn't love the constitution, it is more it will merely marry it for the free sex until something else comes it's way with less rights and questionable morals and doesn't wear underpants.

56% of Americans polled stated they do not trust President Obama. That's the bigger picture. Forget Bachman...take a look at the number of Americans who think Obama is dishonest.

There's nothing to support your comment that the GOP dislikes immigrants, blacks, Latinos, Women, LGBT and the poor. Not one shred of documentation can support that comment. Now, when you mentioned O'Care even the democrats know what a train wreck that is! Yesterday Obama amended O'Care again....corporations get a break.

Watch the news...

78% of Americans polled stated they do not trust the republican congress. ..take a look at the number of Americans who think republicans are dishonest!!!

Michele Bachmann spent her life on the teet of the government. Taking in $750 a month for each child. 3 at a time is $2,250 a month. She could have adopted and lowered abortion but that doesn't pay.

Michele Bachmann's History As A Foster Parent Remains Murky
In the last three months, at least 100 news stories have mentioned Bachmann's claim that she raised 23 foster children. ... Bachmann has repeatedly said she took in a total of 23 foster children. But a 2001 story in The Minnesota Lawyer put the number of children at 20.

Michele Bachmann has no room to talk.

"There's nothing to support your comment that the GOP dislikes immigrants, blacks, Latinos, Women, LGBT and the poor."

Not at planet fox but the real world? They haven't stopped showing their bigotry and racism in spite of being called on it repeatedly.

You are, indeed, correct, that the majority of Americans do not trust the congress. The reasons why are spread between both democrats and republicans. However, when the majority of Americans do not trust their own president that's historical and extremely bad for our country. The congress has always been under fire from the American people depending on which party they support.

Honestly, why do you or any liberal care about what Michele Bachman says? Liberals seem to spend a great deal of time setting fire to irrelevant people. Bachman doesn't register on the list of important people in the republican party. Who cares what she says? I don't. I listen to liberals spouting off on issues and if I got wrapped up in everything they've said I would be angry just like you. There ARE irrelevant people in politics. Spend your time on those who are important.and capable of pushing real change in our country. Bachman wouldn't be on that list.

It is your personal opinion that Fox News shows bigotry and racism. How have they shown racism in any form? Because they disagree with Obama's incompetence and lack of leadership? Well, George W. Bush sure got a public spanking from the democrats and we didn't call that racism.

Just because you say it doesn't make it true. You seem to be an angry person stuck on biased left wing talking points from your biased left wing media. There are many, I repeat, many republican websites who repeat the same information trying to inform the public of what they believe to be true and correct. There are many, and I repeat, many liberal websites and news outlets who give their information. Who are you to decide that one party is worse than the other? They are both equally involved and push their talking points.

No racism. No bigotry. It's what you've been told. Case closed.

Do you know what Americans should be worried about? It's not Michele Bachman. They should be very worried about Obama and Hillary and Bill Clinton's support of Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals.

This as a reminder to Conservatives and to share with Liberals, as Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama both share one big common denominator, they are both people that have studied Alinsky and follow his philosophy. Reading this you will have something very important emerge and you will see Obama in a much clearer picture.

Saul David Alinsky (January 30, 1909 – June 12, 1972) was an American community organizer and writer. He is generally considered to be the founder of modern community organizing. He is often noted for his book Rules for Radicals.

How to create a social state by Saul Alinsky

There are 8 levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create asocial state. The first is the most important.

1) Healthcare – Control healthcare and you control the people

2) Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.

3) Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.

4) Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.

5) Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income)

6) Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.

7) Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools

8) Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

Any of this sound familiar ?

The source of this information is Wikipedia, but you will find it all in Rules For Radicals so you might want to find a copy of this and read it.

"The reasons why are spread between both democrats and republicans"

Prove it.

"However, when the majority of Americans do not trust their own president"

That means that the majority of the people don't know how our government works.

Fox isn't doing you or me one bit of good.

No Diane O. ,people should worry about nut jobs like Bababauchman as she has a vote to use and that's scary when one thinks of her Teabager /radical extremistist religious mindset.. Good thing is that she doesn't plan to run again. She's one that has helped the other GOP in their continuous efforts to slow our recovery

As for Diane O.'s list above I have this to say about those :.

1. People need health care as it cost more to treat those, as well as extra loss time on the job if no health insurance.... so a nation health plan is needed. No thanks to the GOP at least we now have one even though 'single payer' would have been a better type...imo. IF one controls the food supply, like the Republicans want to limit a few suppliers or just one to be in our future..well that is who would control the people...world over.

2.GOP/Republicans want to lower wages and send more people into poverty .

3. Debt, that's something that the Republicans have been the very best at creating ever since Reagan and by the time Dubya Bush left office it was into the trillions and the interest on that is still accumulating and added back into the debt figures of today..

4.Gun Control...something that is needed as we have more gun related violence and deaths due to firearms than almost any nation on earth. Mass shootings take place weekly due to no gun controls. No one wants to take everyones guns so that B.S. isn't flying now days either but stricter gun controls are NEEDED ! Anyone who thinks their firearms are what can defend them against government are as nutty as they can be...if government/police state wanted a person from their home they can take down the entire house with a drone or tank . That B.S. to defend against a police state is just that .. B.S....stupid talk from people who can't think through a thought without FoxNews/Koch Brothers doing it for them.......imo.

5. Welfare , is also something GOP/Republicans know about more than anyone in government as they are the ones who hand out billions of it to Corporations annually and have for decades. Why do you think the debt was as high as it was by the time Dubya left office and the GOP took control on the House. No bid contracts...trillions to bail out bank/Wall Street and on and on to very profitable oil companies, and other profitable corporations that are given subsidies.

6. Education is our future but the Republicans want to cut education budgets and to let religions tell everyone what is to be read and taught in schools.

7. Religion. There is no place in government for personal religious beliefs, especially those that effect laws...period. Keep that personal and out of our government. Government is to handle the business of the nation...not decide the morals of it's citizens. There are laws that protect folks from the bad guys and there should be laws that protect people from religious laws being pasted....period !

8. Class warfare...why heck, the Republicans are who created that in this nation. Let the middle class carry the tax burden is their motto and on and on. W.Bush was the greatest 'divider' this nation has ever seen in the White House. Remember his words...'You're either with us or against us' when it came to the wars for profit that his administration began...and again, what we are still paying for, plus interested, on that debt.

Sound familiar...it all should if ones memory can go back to pre Obama or for those who don't listen to FoxFactless rightwing extremist propaganda programing.
