Brian Jorde of Nebraska Easement Action Team (NEAT) urged members of the Nebraska Farmers Union on Saturday morning to either join or support the organization to help put Nebraska landowners on more equal footing with TransCanada.

Transtoxin Canada and the governor's power need weakening. Challenging LB1161 is a strong step. The change in the definition of eminent domain and probable loopholes for pipelines are frustrations. For the "public good" should not include loss of home, property, livelihood and health.
