Thanks, everyone. You are all correct. The World Bank management does whatever it wants, not caring at all what its own inspection panel says! It is ridiculous to have this kind of power.

Again ist is the peaceful people without finical clout who are losing. The World Bank needs to fix this-give them back their land, and help them in whatever way is necessary to rebuild their homes and whatever else they need. How disgusting and greedy this is.
