Noted. Thanks, Judy.
Hard to stomach those excuses. In fact, I was writing my Congress members years ago when oil was over $100 a barrel to stop the subsidies. As long as they're making money hand-over-fist they don't care.

How do you think they got so rich? Greed is an ugly thing.

"A report published in 2015 by the climate group Oil Change International found that the combined G20 subsidies for oil, gas, and coal production amounts to roughly $444 billion a year."

Why are governments always subsiding private businesses with public money?! Where's the so-called free market??

LOL Dave, I agree. Randy, that's a very good question. I think that originally an important function of the corporation was supposed to be to serve the public good. Those days are long gone, but businesses think they're entitled to all sorts of handouts. A slight variation on that theme is the Too Big to Fail excuse.

We have the sun. Why dont many countries implement this. We need it here at affordable charges.

Please, just make a decision and follow it through. Sooner rather than later. I have a son who worked in the energy industry for a while, and the stories of how much money they waste were horrific.
