U.S. power plants have considered petroleum coke or "petcoke" to be too dirty to burn, but it's sent to poorer countries. Petcoke has come under fire here Chicago and Detroit, where it was stored in open-air, polluting stockpiles along Midwest rivers.

Hoping they do. Will cutting out this pollution and increasing the phenomenal solar energy they have started to produce they may hit their target sooner.
