It's hard to believe that a Care 2 " genius " posted a story last week that the war on terror was over.
She should try telling this to the families of these hostages who were murdered by these creeps in cold blood.

I don't think the "genius" was me...the war on terror will just get louder and stronger, as the terrorists grow in numbers and religious fanatics spread their tentacles around the world...

Well I guess that any excuse to kill someone is better than none. I still don't understand why these murderers keep getting excused on account of their religious beliefs - the world just gets wackier by the hour.

This is horrendous. Why are we not fighting back against those extremists? We can't just let them take over and kill at will.

The articles and videos were tragic. I posted three videos on my Facebook wall in memory of Brendan Vaughan (British), Chris McManus (British), and Franco Lamolinara (Italian).

Yes, such "geniuses" seem to abound on Care2, like the ones who not only hold there is no threat of terror anymore, or that Iran is really not building nuclear weapons, when they say so in Farsi, but not in English, and the Arab states are getting very nervous about and hostile to Iran. Could it be that the Arabs are becoming nervous and hostile to Iran over cornering the medical radioisotope market? I mean, you know how advanced medical research is in the Arab world....

It must be nice to live in a bubble where one's own construct of what one would like reality to be displaces actual reality. It's these geniuses who ought to go live in the countries that they so champion for a few years.

Thank you for posting this article, Stan.

Obviously this cannot be a case of terrorism, because so many on the far Left wish it not to be, and therefore you are consequently wrong to equate Islam + terrorism, as so many in the West are petrified to do.

This must then be a case of "workplace violence" having nothing to do with terrorism.

The witnesses thought they heard "Allahu Akhbar" being yelled while the hostage holders killed their captives?

Well, they must have heard wrong. I'm sure they captors were really yelling, "I'll, achoo, snack bar." Yeah, that's the ticket.

"A British contractor executed in Nigeria may have died because his kidnappers mistakenly thought British military aircraft landing in the country to ferry troops to Mali were instead part of a rescue mission."

Well, sad as this is, it is also typical of muslim responses to just about anything. Rumor, thought, idea, article or imagined slight is enough to start an enraged mob on its way to killing, murdering, raping, burning and looting. These should NOT be called "religious" events because they are not, they are common criminals committing heinous crimes and that is how they should be reported on and what they should be tried for. This sickness they call religion is nothing more than an excuse to let that primitive beast which lives within all of us yet, out for a rampage. That virtually all other civilized people know shame at such actions and are able to contain those primitive urges, these cannot, indeed they are exhorted TO not by their leaders, who are beasts of a larger order, right up there with the heathens of history. They are sadly a species of humanity that did not go extinct when the rest of the world began emerging from the dark ages, in these the darkness is all they know. Let the world be on guard because until they are stopped, the bloodshed will continue in the most awful of ways. They rant about blasphemy but there is no blasphemy greater than killing in the name of God. The world will need rid itself of this pestilence before long, find the will to do what needs be done that all people, men and women, might walk freely and safely on this planet, anywhere, anytime in safety. Then will we be a civilization. Not before. And not while these are allowed to walk freely, these most deformed semi-humans, barely down from the trees and dangerous as any other wild animal. You can't tame wild, and these ARE wild, incapable of change, not wise enough to recognize they need change. The only option left is for the free peoples of the world to confine them or fight them until they are no more. That is the task ahead, I look forward to the day when free society's finally recognize what their responsibility to their citizens is in regards this group of cowardly murderous fools.

There will be terrorism as long as Islam exists. The Islamists believe that there cannot be world peace until we are all dhimmies paying jirzak or have converted ourselves.

Noted, tweeted, tweeted, shared and shared. Truly horrible. What a shame they were killed because of a mistake, but who knows they may have been killed anyway. Obviously the kidnappers didn't value life at all. What purpose did the death of those hostages serve? I worry about the family with the children because these groups don't seem to care who they kill or whether or not they have reason.

The "war on terror" would be more rightly called the "war against the mohammedan faithful"

Lets face it 2.1 billion muslims in the world who are all brainwashed into believing that their revered messenger/prophet is gods gift to the world. This desert bandit who made torture, murder, rape, thieving and dishonesty their watchword by providing the best example for them to follow and the constant denigration of non muslims as the vilest of creatures

Did you expect anything else--

islam should be sent back to the desert wastes where it belongs-- I am sick paying taxes to support these vile excuses for humanity

I dread to think what the future holds for my children & grandchildren. Islam expands all the time & we are allowing this to happen. They are living in our countries & plotting against us.

Since when have they needed an excuse to kill?

Maybe letting them kill each other would have been a better solution instead of destroying so many military families and devasting our economy?

The group is political rather than religious and the government is not doing much to tackle this growing menace.

(literary device, not literal account of my home life. i wish i didn't have to say so, but this is C2.)

i saw a cockroach in the kitchen. it just sat there and i guess it really wasn't bothering me and what did it ever do to me? so i decided it had a right to it's life and cockroachness. then it brought it's wife. i still thought the cockroaches were moderate, they weren't asking to be fed, not bothering me really, so i need to learn to coexist. it was made clear to me that i should try to accommodate every wish of my new guests. a few weeks later it was four wives and twenty five kids, but i need to practice tolerance, even though by now it was becoming clear that mr. cucaracha et al wasn't tolerant of me. they started to expect me to feed them, i was already housing them. they wanted the lights off cause that offends them, so i learned to trip around in the dark because if not, that makes me cockroachaphobic, bigoted, and racist. the list of things that offend them got longer, too. taking out the trash offends them, cleaning up spills offends them, vacuuming offends them, every day another demand. then they started doing things like pooping or dying in my food, by now there are thousands, they kill their own young, they fight and kill the competing cockroach varieties, but if i kill one i am a hater. i work so they can just eat, drink, and procreate without worrying about making a living. all my customs, working, eating, keeping things i care about from being destroyed, must change because i need to tolerate the other. and the cockroach culture is every bit as good as mine was back when i still had one. now i am their slave.

and that was the plan from the moment the first one set it's dirty little feet on my previously spotlessly clean kitchen counter.

I don't understand why they killed the men as they thought that there was rescue coming for them. I don't understand what they think they will accomplish by kidnapping a construction worker. Is everyone nuts?

Well, let me see: a terrorist attack happens. Supposed "war on terror" is launched. Anti-Americanism grows and more people die. Yeah....that war's totally working.

These -gutless cowards -men of islam ,never take responsibility for anything they do in the name of Allah,-murdering these hostages is just pure -evil -comparing them to cockroaches -as- Cousin it has done is a fair comparision to their migrating and colonising their host countries.

It just goes to show the stupidity of Muslims, in the name of Allah go to eternal hell !!
Islam is on the brink of total self destruction, I believe in Nostradamus predictions, Islam will be history, and they are well on their way with or without Western weapon supplier maggots. Not even oil can save them, live in luxury while you can. it will boil over just like the Roman Empire and empires before and after. The end is near, justice will eventually prevail.
