NO! More money withheld because Mr. Billy Clinton kept putting his cigar smelling hands into the SSI cookie jar and exchanging green backs for IOU's that were as useless as the paper he used to write IOU on! Only thing is the cookies eventually ran out and the "Cookie Jar" was left with tiny scraps of paper....Now that my dears is the real story behind the fairytale!

This is ridiculous. The thieving banksters can rip off the entire country and world, and get by with it. Then they can rob disabled and elderly people of the usually paltry amounts they receive to barely scrape by. I'm sure they couldn't possibly afford to write off these debts. Thanks Pam.
