I love this lady ~ she is rightfully angry and the fact that those emails got leaked has little to do with Russia - the fact of the matter is the Dems messed over Bernie and cheated all of us in choosing who we wanted to be our candidate. Just as they said last night when Bernie said Trump was bad news...so is Hillary imo.

My heart is on the floor, just like this woman's, just like I saw the tears last night in so many eyes who had done so much to try to get Bernie into the White House. Such a farce of an election process, the DNC with their crap just to coronate their selection from the start, not who the people wanted.

We had a chance at having a truly honest man with integrity, a once in a lifetime human being with this heart of gold to be our President and because of the corruption, the Corporate control of the media, and too few who didn't even know who Bernie was or were blinded by the propaganda we'll not ever have him as President. He would of made us all proud of him, he would of been a signal to the rest of the world that the USA could be turning around. He would of been respected.

I can't say how deep my pain goes and then on top of it having someone on C2 of all places who has been rude and obnoxious. Well I hope she is satisfied when she sees the damage of having either disaster in the White House with Trump or Hillary.

I supported Bernie Sanders during his campaign; but, the one thing that I disagreed with him on is the fact that he believed the Democratic Party could be fixed from the inside. The Democratic Party actually left the voters a very long time ago. Bill and Hillary pulled the party further to the rate was a lot of the legislation that were signed into law. Remember how the Clintons ended Glass-Stegal? What about NAFTA? What about ending welfare as we know it. Remember how the Clintons referred to Blacks as thugs or superpredators?

The Green Party can be the new Democratic Party; but, I kind of like the name Green Party. When I hear those words it recalls to my mind a campaign many years ago where people made a commitment to Save the Planet. Remember the campaign that implored us to Reuse --> Reduce --> Recycle? I remember one campaign about saving water, it suggested that we save water by showering with a friend.

We are ruled by Coroporations. If Hillary or Donald win, the Corporations win.

The Green Party does not take donations from any corporation. Dr. Jill's plan is very much like Bernie's plan. There are things in her plan that are even better. Her plan for foreign policy is one that does not involve military intervention.

I finally got my Jill2016 bumper sticker. The Greater Good Not the Lesser Evil!. They even included a vintage 2012 campaign button from when Jill and her VP candidate had ran for President.

I like and respect Bernie Sanders; but, Jill Stein has a lot of energy. She just needs help to get on the ballots in the rest of the states. That requires a lot of money since she has not corporate sponsors. If you go to YouTube and search for Jill Stein, you will find quite a few videos.

Thanks, I'm fully behind Jill Stein and I would of been from the beginning but it was a chance that Bernie would win on the Democratic ticket, and as we know, they are one of the Establishment Parties so he stood a better chance there - but as we now know, the DNC was not doing things on a fair playing field just like our elections in general are not.

I think had the dice NOT been loaded from the start, Bernie Sanders would have had a great chance of getting the nomination, but since it was, it's been quite a painful process to see Clinton get most of the media attention, along with Trump, and everybody else be virtually forgotten about or sidelined.

Bernie maintained his dignity and the fact he HAD to endorse Clinton towards the end, says a lot for him having to bear, whilst knowing he could easily do a better job in office, than she ever could.

Thanks for posting, Dandelion.

I am as disappointed as Ms. Boulger stated in the video. And, this interview was prior to the roll call vote. I checked out the final tally, and Clinton would NOT have won without the Super Delegates. I didn't know that at the time when I watched so MANY votes being cast for her. I wondered where they were coming from; now I know that they just included the Super Delegates in the roll call.

But, Clinton did NOT meet the goal with just the regular delegates.

This is not about hate, and this is not personal. This is about the ISSUES. So many of us have been signing petitions and sending letters to members of Congress regarding many various issues over the years. Bernie is the only candidate that I agreed with based on these issues over many, many years.

This is about Big Money in politics and reversing the Citizens United ruling by SCOTUS. This is about publicly financed elections, eliminating Super Delegates, de-funding the War Machine, taxing the wealthiest at a higher rate and closing tax loopholes. This is about ending fracking and stopping the TPP.

This is about the Democratic party systematically tearing Bernie down from the beginning while favoring Hillary and cheating in so many of the primaries; and the proof of this.
It's also about the proof that there were people paid by the Clinton campaign to go all over social media and dump on Bernie voters.
And, it's about being continually threatened by the Establishment Democrats that if we didn't vote for Hillary it would be our fault if Trump wins.

For awhile, the Dem party was putting out the question to Bernie voters asking 'what did we want?'
We wanted a fair playing field.
Our candidate filled arenas with thousands; while Clinton couldn't gather that many together anywhere. Why do the Dems think we should just roll over vote for the candidate they selected?
They kicked us in the face repeatedly. Then, for good measure, they put up a candidate for V.P. that was the antithesis of Bernie.
They don't want to "play nice," but they want us to.

So, although I will be voting for Jill Stein, I would still like to see Bernie as possibly Secretary of State---with the priority of his job being to be chief broker of a treaty between Israel and Palestine.
That might be a good start in my opinion.

Indeed, between the Corporate Media that was ignoring him or if they did mention him as always a fringe Candidate or he'll never win, kind of makes it sure he'll never win. Throw in the unfair practices of the DNC - you bet the dice were loaded.

But despite all of that, he still came away with 45% of the votes and he never took any Corporate monies! I hope this energy stays strong and backs the 3rd Parties or individual Candidates worthy to receive voters that can see that they stand for the FDR Democratic Party not this SOLD OUT Corporate Party or the Third Way as it's being called that was ushered in under Bill Clinton. Guess the people haven't learned yet. A real shame, because I have to suffer along with it because of their ignorance.

Hi Lois your comment wasn't here when I was writing. Yes, all we wanted was a level playing field. The Dem's can go pound sand if they think that I would vote for Hillary. I never wanted to vote for her anyway because I know too much about her, but after this treatment of Bernie Sanders and his supporters, there is no way in heck they could even begin to entice me now.

I think after so much is coming out even those who "might" of gone and voted for her are rethinking things. If Hillary loses it is the Dem's fault and I'll not accept the Dem's claims that we lost the race for them. They OWN it!

JOE SCARBOROUGH: "This is disconcerting. I agree Erick Erickson. Here we are coming to the end of two weeks of conventions and who are the two people that spoke for my view of America? Of what I hope America is?

What my mom and dad, conservative Republicans from the deep south, always told me Americans were, a mom and dad who never voted for a Democrat other than when my mom sneaked into the voting booth to vote for JFK because she thought he was attractive.

Sorry, mom, I had to tell. She never told me dad that, until he passed away she goes, 'I voted for JFK. I thought he was cute.'

It's Michelle Obama and Barack Obama that for me offered the most Reaganesque view of America."

Well there you go, your Democratic Reagan Party - lol

I keep telling everyone, the Republicans recognize their Party - it's now the Democrats. And Hillary is even more Right than Obama.

This is why so many of the neocons are backing Hillary that were in the Reagan and Bush Administration.

Our only chance was Bernie, but as the corporation leaders "own" the country (and the world) we are forever screwed. It was a nice dream and it is terrible that he came so close only to be shot down. It sickens me!

Indeed it was a really nice dream - now we are back to the nightmare. 4 more years of either nominees will not help us. If Clinton wins and keeps these neoliberal policies going; which she is giving every indication she will with her VP selection and her post record, we'll only have an even stronger Trump like neofacsist next time.

I believe that if Bernie had been nominated, he would have won the general election. I also believe that he would have run into resistance from Congress, much like Barack Obama did. However, I also believe that he would fight for our rights and would encourage ust to fight as well.

Barack Obama is intelligent and articulate. I did vote for him in 2008. But, he filled his cabinet with conservatives or corporatists. He was not a fighter the way Bernie would have been.

I believe that Jill Stein would be a fighter. She has a sane and sensible plan. Something I heard her say about student debt has convinced me that there is no better choice for President.

There is a simple way to eliminate all student debt and it does not take Congress to do it. The President appoints the Chair of the Federal Reserve. That person, with just a few strokes of a pen can wipe out all student debt. Just think how that will help the economy. If students/former students do not have to struggle to repay loans, they will free up money to purchase consumer goods.

I am disabled and have had a student loan that was in default for over 10 years. My income from SS is not high enough to meet basic living expenses plus make payments on a loan. I had tried to get my student loan discharged due to disability once before; but, the doctor that completed the paperwork, was from Columbia in South America and English was not his first language. The application was rejected. But, last Fall, I tried once again with a different doctor. She actually had experience with completing these forms. However, there were some communication problems within the clinic itself and I finally had to contact the medical records clerk because the doctor had said she had given the form to the clerk to mail out. But, the clerk said that she did not get anything to mail out. She did have a copy of the signed form; but, had no idea where the original was.

So, I asked if she could print it out. When I picked it up, I discovered that the doctor's license number was missing. So, I had to get that filled out; because, I know that it would be rejected again.

This time, my application was approved; but, it was such a hassle. If the US had free public college/university, more students would be able to go to school and not be left huge student loans to pay back.

If you know any college graduates who are still struggling with student loan debt, encourage them to vote for Jill Stein. I'm hoping that Jill will be on the ballot in all states by November, or at least will be able to be written in. I don't believe that Hillary Clinton will do what Jill has proposed regarding student debt.
Jill's plan is Bernie's plan, only better.

My daughter does and she is voting for Dr. Jill Stein.. Student debt isn't the only reason but one of them. We do need to take our environment and Climate Disruption into serious focus and this isn't being done by Hillary nor Trump. I'm tired of lip service, because I look at my two grandchildren and they'll be living in those scenarios.

A third-party vote is a vote for Trump. Plain and simple.

Sheryl G (359)
Sunday July 31, 2016, 5:58 pm
No is not so simple. A Republican would say it was a vote for Hillary.

I say it's a vote for Dr. Jill Stein a woman of integrity and would make a far better first woman President than one who is carrying so much baggage.

The problem with the two Party duopoly is that it has fueled the Corporate 1% agenda that has us in this mess today.

As Albert Einstein said, doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is insanity. I've stopped voting that way. VOTE GREEN
