1.5 million people in Florida are excluded from voting because of prior felony convictions. Only 4 states Florida, Iowa, Kentucky, and Virginia apply a lifetime ban on voting if a person received a felony sentence. Convicted of having marijuana is felony

Signed. There really should be a movement to make it a federal law that states can't decide to take this right away from people. In the 2000 election part of the way they scrubbed thousands of Florida voters off the ballots was to deny people who had moved to Florida and had served time for a felony in another state, even though their right to vote had been restored (according to Greg Palast).
