Today the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company was sentenced for eleven criminal violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) that it plead guilty to in February. As punishment, the company has agreed to pay a $4 million fine and-->

Good to know that they are not getting off "scott free"! I wonder how they will do their community service??

I hope they go out of business. I feed the birds and squirrels and used Scotts a time or two in the past and this is appalling, how dare they do this.
