GOOD! Make them collect their junk from the oceans, the forests, deserts, etc. Make them see what's being done. Of course, they'll blame the consumer. But, I've been in countries where there is no infrastructure to enable recycling, so people just toss their garbage into the sea or the river. It's enough to break your heart.
