The settlements that already house 500,000 Israelis on Israeli-occupied Palestine are ILLEGAL, according to the 4th Geneva Convention!!!

It is very clear who does NOT want peace. And they wonder why the world looks down upon them?! That is not to say the Palestinians are perfect either, they aren't. Both peoples have hated each other for so long I don't know if they would begin to know how to live in peace!

Does any country really follow the Geneva Convention anymore?

Building apartments in Jerusalem does not violate any conventions, it is Israel's proper, and Palestinians have to realize that they won't get everything they want in any peace deal. Now they behave like a spoiled child: demand everything around and don't want to listen to reasons, why not.

Erekat, Abbas and other Palestinians leaders embarass themselves more, when they continue to praise dead terrorists, to name schools after child killers, etc. May be they don't understand it, but that terrorist attitude is revolting in the eyes of many.

When will Palestinian leadership start thinking how to do positive steps: remove internal corruption, remove hateful messages from education, reform Palestinian media to make it more open to the idea of peace, etc.

For now I have to agree with Marty, there is no chance for peace. Israelis are not perfect, but at lease they try to do something. Abbas, Erekat and other old buddies are still on a military rhetoric leading nowhere.

Thank you Cheryl for posting. A star to you wil be send shortly.
