This is horrible. Isn't that why soldiers were created? to make sure of the well being of the people. but instead they put themselves on a higher shelf than a 9 year old boy. they think that because they are in uniform they are better than others. something should be done to get rid of that arrogance.

I believe that anyone suspected of using human shields should be tried in a court of law and, if convicted, imprisoned for the crime. I'm glad to see that Israel is doing this with regard to the individuals suspected of breaking Israeli law on that subject.

Perhaps we will also see the Hamas leadership prosecuting its people who are also accused (through various means, including videotape and personal confessions) of having used human shields on so many occasions, including women and children.

Or perhaps Hamas doesn't consider that to be against their law? I don't know. Perhaps someone can enlighten me as to whether or not Hamas considers the use of human shields by Palestinians to be criminal behavior?

Since all who use human shields, whether Israeli, Palestininan, Taliban, or other should be punished for that crime.
