Sadly, this has been going for years. They are narcotics and "alter the mind". All it takes is one for a really bad reaction and with all that training the victim has no chance.
They are heavy duty drugs that cause Tardyvie Dislekia. heart attacks, Diabetes and other major problems besides making you nuts.
These are the guys that serve our country and all they get for it is bad pay, lousy benefits but lots of psych drugs!
