Tinged with protests and wintry weather, Black Friday still lured crowds into stores across the country, even as some shoppers expressed exhaustion over what has become a long, drawn-out start to the holiday sales.

I thought Black Friday was Easter time. However I suppose if people can put up with the crowds sales are always useful, unless you can afford to avoid them like the plague!
