Some crop circles - regular patterns found in wheat, rye or other grain fields - may be the result of s weather phenomenon called a plasma vortex in which a spinning mass of air has accumulated an electrical charge.

Personally, I don't buy it. Crop circles are simply too uniform and intricate to be formed by a plasma vortex. There would be more uniformity in the circles and they would not have sharp right angle turns if they were formed by a moving plasma vortex created by wind.

It is kind of UNUSUAL, as Mr. Sutton writes, but, regardless, isn't MOTHER SOMETHING ;o) Now, if only WE HUMANS would GET OUR ACT TOGETHER - ALL OF US - and START WORKING WITH HER.......AMEN - Thanks for sending - GREAT PICS regardless ;o)

Odd synchronicity. I was researching crop circles yesterday for some ideas. Interesting article concerning a spectacular display of ordered nature.

It's all very beautiful but content limited. There is no way a crop circle of the kind illustrated could be formed by a mere vortex. It's just too complex. A vortex is a circular force and doesn't jump up and down playing with geometry. Let us just call it a mystery until we find a sensible answer.
