The Son-Rise Program at the Autism Treatment Center of America was the first to suggest that a child with Autism could heal and grow. Over 30 years ago, a mother and father decided they would not believe what their doctors told them about their son. THat he was hopeless, incurable and uneducable. Instead, they sat in small room in their home and joined him in his world and reached him. An NBC movies and several books have been written about their story. For over 20 years people from all over the world go to The Option Institute to learn their live-changing (belief-changing) method to reach autistic children.
