We are revisiting a story that was posted last week on another site. But do to technical difficulties or mad politicians the other site was unable to share this piece. Therefore we are reposting this story before we run the rest of our series on the Everone/Ludwig Files and corruption against native people.

 The California Valley Miwok Tribe made history and legal precedent preserving the rights of every federally recognized tribe in the United States of America. They faced insurmountable odds against powerfully connected well funded developer’s and corrupt state and federal officials. They wanted to highjack the Miwok tribe for the sole purpose of building a gambling casino. The plot thickens because elected officials were also involved in this travesty.

Chadd Everone/Ludwig, Albert Seeno, Sheppard Mullin and an army of politicians from both sides of the isle at state and federal levels have been exposed. Over 2,500 documents, correspondents and court filings downloaded from Chadd Everone/Ludwig’s web page identify senators, congressmen, state and federal officials from the BIA, DoJ and other agencies. This intricate web of corruption has plagued the CVMT for over 12 years as they struggled to save their tribal sovereignty. The incendiary documents prove beyond a shadow of doubt the Tribe was targeted to steal their blood lineage by unscrupulous well funded people. Chadd cried foul but court officers verified the site was open to the general public and not hacked. Call it a Native American Wikileaks but the information gained was priceless.

Documents revealed Senator Dianne Feinstein went out of her way to stop the tribes 638 funding through crony’s Jerry Gidner of the BIA & Arlo Smith of the Gaming Commission in an effort to starve the tribe out of existence. In one response Jerry told Dianne not to worry, letting her know the fix was in against the tribe. She denied involvement or knowing the criminals involved in the Miwok scam but documents and e-mails prove otherwise. It was just a coincidence she was a fellow trustee of a bank with one of the culprits or maybe she forgot. Dianne’s involvement in the casino scam and debasing the tribe is all too apparent, even a blind man can see the CVMT was a victim of fraud and her fingerprints are all over it.

Dianne’s husband’s association with unscrupulous developer Al Seeno alluded to even more collusive activity against the Miwok People. Unfortunately she was not the only high profile politician who used her influence to destroy this feisty band of natives. Documents reveal deep involvement with other high profile politicians in bed with common criminals and its well worth the read. The implications strike at the core of democracy itself and this is only the tip of the iceberg. There is much more to disclose but I am not privy to reveal them at this time. But rest assured the Miwok are still under siege as their counsel’s continue to peel off the many layers of corruption this case consists of.

Money talks and California still refuses to give the tribe their funding that was withheld, to the tune of $8 million, as unscrupularity plays out its final hand. Sheppard Mullin threatened to drag out this case in perpetuity. The federal government is still in the arrears to the tribe with a bill in excess of $600,000 and it is clear corruption is still waiting in the wings. To make things even more convoluted, the tribe is yet to be allowed the opportunity to appear in a hearing involving their case. This is disturbing since it was also revealed some judges have bias against natives. Why does that not surprise me?

Hopefully the feds will not allow the bogus Newok’s, (a term to describe bogus Miwoks with no heredity) into the legitimate Miwok Nation when the final decision comes to pass. Though this tribe proved their legitimacy as the true CVMT, the courts still skirted the return of tribal funding that was illegally withheld. CVMT Director of Economic Development/ Consultant Tiger Paulk likened this to a Pyrrhic victory since the CVMT won but at such a continuing and devastating cost to the true tribal people and their wellbeing. They are still in limbo with no funding for infrastructure, social services, healthcare and the basics of any community but they don’t have to worry about someone stealing their identity. After all, who would want to be a federally recognized tribe with no means of survival other than food stamps and commodity cheese? Hmm, I like commodity cheese.

Under the stewardship of Larry Echohawk of the BIA justice was served, almost. From the tribes point of view the government vindicated the tribe and its sovereign rights as a federally recognized people. Unfortunately the government threw them under the bus while further litigation continues since they left the tribe to fend for themselves in spite of their vindication. How far beyond stupid is that? Or was it intentional? On the bright side, the Obama Administration did manage to extend unemployment benefits. This is a blessing to the tribe since they have been fighting for the sovereign rights of all tribes inAmericaon unemployment checks and spare change. The irony I found was the fact many nations did not want to get involved or show solidarity for this tribe but now tribes are using the precedence the CVMT made in federal court involving sovereignty issues. I was amazed at the lack of simpatico when I approached a native radio show in an effort to garner more exposure back in 2007. “They will never win” was the response I got. Well bonehead, just be glad I don’t snitch you off for your callous disregard for this nation’s plight.

Later I learned from several elders why some tribes were hesitant to speak out. No one wanted to loose what meager funding they already were receiving for fear of retribution from ruthless BIA officials. Knowing now how deep corruption runs within the BIA it is a substantiated fear indeed. From Tiger’s perspective it was not about the money as much as it was about retaining their birth right and tribal identity. There was plenty of misinformation to swirl around as well and many people did not know the actual facts about the case. Spin doctors peppered the communities with bold faced lies as Newok’s ran around pleading their case to all that would listen. Some folks were very convincing but a lie is a lie no matter how they dressed or what they said.

Tiger Paulk spoke to me as to the tribes’ point of view; “They would rather be the last California Valley Miwoks on earth and if they died, the tribe would die with them and cease to exist rather than giving up their lineage to imposters to falsely represent the tribe for all time.”

It was not about stealing a tribe from some saintly old man named Yakima Dixie. It was about saving the CVMT from unscrupulous investors and developers whom manipulated an individual member and tribal elder to sign his nation away in a realm of fraudulent documents written up by Chadd Everone/Ludwig acting as an attorney.Yakimawas no cherry but in his defense he was also swindled from the start since he was not allowed legal representation when Chadd drafted the infamous documents. Chadd was not an attorney and had no authority to draft such a document in this guise further compounding the fraud. Eventually, in federal court under oathYakimacame clean and recanted all the fraudulent claims he made against his own people leaving egg on the faces of politicians, developers and bogus Newok’s. Tiger said at that moment in the room where Mr. Dixie’s sworn deposition was also being videotaped was precious since all the fraudsters present lowered their heads while their counsels franticly whispered in dismay. Isn’t that special?

Having tribal documents that substantiated the legitimate CVMT claims also weighed heavily against the criminal cartel of politicians, developers andYakima. But the coup de grace and most incriminating piece of evidence in the case came from Chadd Everone/Ludwig via his information packed web site for it gave names, dates and e-mails from all players in this case. The detailed files and correspondents were most illuminating and showed total disregard for the law from politicians who were elected to enforce them. Developers faired no better since the dialogue uncovered a conspiratorial relationship that is unacceptable in a civil society. The files are a smoking gun that will truly raise eye brows for years to come. The revelations are sure to taint even the most illustrious political careers of so called public officials and history will not be kind. It would be interesting to note what other cases these harbingers of fraud are involved in and there is no question the web of corruption will grow as the contents of Everone’s files are fully realized.

There are no words that could do justice in describing Tribal Chairperson Silvia Burley. Educated, articulate, determined and well versed in tribal law, Silvia is a cut above and even in the face of total disrespect from attorneys and government officials she forged forward. In spite of threats to her and her nation’s lives and livelihoods she marched forward in true warrior flare. Tiger Paulk calls her the Miwok SEAL with regard to her ‘special forces’ like prowess in the in all matters concerning the tribe. The dark side to this case is the fact veiled threats flew against her and her people. I guess you can toss in courage for she stood her ground and refused to back down or give an inch. Legal Counsels Robert A. Rosette LLC and Manuel Corrales ESQ are proof nobility still exists in the world for their legal expertise in this case is priceless.

There is no question I left out volumes of interesting and incriminating details within the context of this story. I suggest you log onto the California Valley Miwok Tribe site. They have all adjoining court documents of this landmark case. There will be more updates in the future as this case hopefully comes to a close in the future

In a civil society governments would be more forthright about the current fallout conditions that DO exist on the planet today. Unfortunately people must hunt down facts through a myriad of sites or read stacks of complex  data since the mainstream media are completely detached. Frankly, they appear to be living on another planet for that matter. But there are sites on the web where Americans have deciphered and explained AVAILABLE CURRENT DATA about the continued world wide nuclear disaster in Fukushima. And I applaud their noble efforts.

It should be clears as the schnozzola on your face that this disaster has turned political. Nuclear pundits, investors, including politicians on both sides of the isle and financially involved scientists sugarcoat catastrophe. The media as a whole are owned by parent corporations who vey to capitalize on nuclear energy. Just follow the money and you will discover who is who in the world of nuclear energy and ironically, globalization. So it is up to you the forgotten citizen of what every county you reside to seek out the truth so you can protect your family. There are solution to this crisis and they are very affordable since all one would have to do is avoid precipitation and pretty much stay indoors. One could also wear a mask and long sleeved clothing if one needed to venture outside. All you would need to do is study the radiation disbursement charts provided by existing sites to plan your day. Sadly, this will eventually be a part of daily life as change continues to encroach on humanity.

Then there are people who simply want to ignore it all and pretend all is nice. That is OK too since this is still a free country. After all, there is nothing man can do to alter the fact our environment will be much more radio active than before. It is also only a matter of time before governments  increase the levels of acceptable radiation in the environment. Sadly they have no choice because all days would be “Radioactive Fallout Days” if the bar was not raised. Unlike petrochemicals, radioactive contamination lasts forever as far as our lives are concerned. The deadly plumes that are coming out of Fukushima are contaminating Asia at an alarming rate and the ocean will soon bare cancer causing fish from the thousands of tons of radioactive water that has already spewed into the once pristine sea. It is a done deal boys and girls, we are beamed up with radiation and soon new cancers will arise from this latest transuranic event.

Take it for what it’s worth but I am shamelessly providing a site that has some very valuable information, charts, projections and current data you can plan your day with. The animated charts reveal the reality of our exposure and the various radioactive contaminants that DO exist and DO pose a critical health issue. Hopefully this site will not disappear like so many others have in the past. None dare call it censorship, just another coincidence. But like always, this is only a sign of the times we live because it was prophesized in many dogmas that every aspect of life on earth would be effected by change during this era we live. With some common sense this and other disasters that are poised to strike mankind are survivable. It was also written that people would survive Ma Earths cleansing and I plan to be one of them, don’t you?

We are in the midst of a nuclear catastrophe and there is no sugarcoating the fact our environment will be much more cancerous than before when and if Fukushima is finally put to rest. Just remember, the full extent of contamination from Chernobyl was concealed from the public and is still the subject of debate and cover-up. A few more nuclear disasters and we will need to wear *Tyvek suites just to go to Zellers or Tim Horton’s for a cup of java because radiation does not go away. Raising the level of acceptable rediation does not cure a thing other than show face to the nuclear industry.  Radiation sickness is already masked by the medical communities and pharmaceutical companies are already gearing up for the next rash of new “cancers” that are set to plague mankind. But what do I know since I was only trained by the EPA and FEMA. I also worked in radioactively contaminated parts of the country left behind by Union Carbide. I know I glow in the dark and I know nuclear pundits are lying their well dressed asses off as well.

I would rather know the truth and live rather than live in lies and die.

After talking with Joseph Allen Ruanto-Ramirez of the Council of American Indian Organizations I am most compelled to forward a letter they sent to the president of the University of California, Mark Yudof. The world needs to know what is happening within the good ole USA since this is far from the conduct of a civil society and it borders on barbarism. Apparently the University of California has continued to stall the return of Native Americans remains (CA-SDI-4669) for at least 35 years. From what I’ve gathered Native remains are scattered around the universities and used for “research”. Now what are they researching anyway? Are they still trying to prove we are not human like the US did at the turn of the 20^th century? What gives these anthropologists licenses to grave rob?? If I went to George Washington’s resting place for “research” I would be tossed in the poky for such an egregious act of desecration. Why is it OK to ravage our sacred sites in the name of science in the first place? But to stall in the return of our ancestors is just plain criminal. And they called us savages.

Anthropologists poke around sacred burial sites and dig up our dead, in the name of science of course through out Indian Country already. But what right do these alchemists have tossing our ancestors bones around their labs and playing with their skulls? The ultimate slap in the face is that these researchers act as if the hallowed remains are theirs to do as they wish in perpetuity. The fact they failed to return the remains for 35 years hints at the possibility the remains are scattered throughout the University of California system and they don’t really know where everything is. I shudder to think the remains are in some collection or trophy in a secret society like Geronimo’s skull. In any event it is time for the world to know what is happening within the University of California since it is likened to a B-Rated horror flick and a slap in the face to everything that is sacred in a civil society. Frankly I find it patently offensive our ancestors are being used for a collegic show and tell in the first place. And no, we are not sub-human but I am beginning to question the moral and ethical reasoning of the University of California.

In any event, I am forwarding the Council of American Indian Organizations letter requesting the return of the sacred remains of our brothers and sister. And I would suggest that everyone around the world inform the University of California, President Mark Yudof and the board of directors that the world is watching. I would also suggest you contact the Council of American Indian Organizations and offer your support as well.

The aforementioned opinions are mine, lock stock and tomahawk, capice?

Dear President Yudof,

The Council of American Indian Organizations of San Diego County adds our voices to the many that are requesting that the Native American remains CA-SDI-4669 be returned to their people.

These remains are long overdue (35 years!) to be repatriated.  The local 13 Kumeyaay Bands in this County have come together to support their return to the La Posta Band of Mission Indians, a federally recognized Band of the Kumeyaay Nation.  It amazes us that the UC system is so resistant to this very human request that their ancestors’ graves not be tampered with and returned when they are disturbed.  The Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act clearly states that this is the only recourse for these remains.  Why – instead of building communication, bridges and reconciliation – are the Kumeyaay people and American Indians being denied this fair and moral path by an institution that sits on Indian land and is supported by Indian taxpayers?

It is no wonder that American Indians do not want to attend UCSD and other UC schools due to this injustice.  Now this matter is in your hands to correct and we know you will not continue this insult and affront to the 55,000 Native Americans in San Diego County.

Hopefully you’ve managed to hook back up with your respective dogma or ideological principal and are squared away for the approaching new cycle. If you paid attention to your sacred text you’d be well aware of the supernatural aspect of our persona and the world around us. Like it or not boys and girls, we are spirits to. Granted we are at the bottom of the proverbial food chain as far as intelligent life forms are concerned. Sadly we are more like a box full of newborn kittens in the grand scheme of things.

At least we are not alone in the bottom of the tank since we can add those guys in spiffy space ships to the list of sucker fish. Not all space dudes are bad and not all space dudes are cool but the point being is they are more or less like us and not G*D’S, get over that ka ka. They come in all shapes forms and sizes and not just your standard ET’ish little dude. Fortunately I am not the only one who knows this factoid, not by a long shot. When any spirit is encountered you will still need to verify if they are good or evil as prescribed within your dogma in fact this should be second nature to you. A spirit is a spirit whether it floats around your house taking smack or sits on your porch zapping satellites and eating earthlings.

Rule of thumb, good spirits don’t mind getting checked out or verified where bad spirits come up with excuses or threats in an attempt to keep you from asking about them. Arm yourself with the tools provided within your respective dogma or ideological principal. The ancients defeated bonehead spirits with the same old medicine eons ago. So what if a spirit does not want me to ask if he is cool or not, screw that puke. Umm, hello Mac Fly, the fact he was sniveling about being verified within my tradition in the first place would be a major red flag anyway. I pray or ask about spirits in their face, period. I learned the hard way not to wait to long before asking for help with some of these guys because they have some powerful medicine. You have to have absolute faith within your tradition to stand in the face of some of these buttheads of evil because that is exactly what you must do. This is where you go directly to your dogma for details. Customs and traditions vary from tribe to tribe but absolute faith is universal.

Call it paranormalization if you like but the sooner you get a handle on the spirit world the sooner you will be able to grasp its complexities and the key’s to survival. There is a lot more going on within the spirit world than I can possibly describe in one article and by no means do I have all the answers. Many events are interconnected with life on earth. There are no secrets within the confines of the spirit world and our existence is more like fish in an aquarium to the worlds around us. It’s like a one way mirror since both good and evil can check out our junk, press a few buttons and have a few laughs. We are blind as a bat on many levels. Just know in your heart mankind is like a babe in the woods spiritually and celestially speaking. Sorry, we are not “All That”

Just because I might have a slight heads up on some of this spirit stuff does not give me a free ride either. In fact I think I get hit harder and they can be severe. Rather than pull one trigger they always give me both barrels and its no picnic from a spiritual point of view. After all, I do piss them off big time revealing their smack in my stories. It’s an on going battle not to get negatively influenced by these boneheads no matter what challenge they toss at you. Any crack in the concrete is all they need to enter and disrupt your life. We are all under assault from within the spirit world these days. Yup, and there are plenty of bad guys to go around. But if you are already dialed into your dogma you know the drill. It’s more about battening down the hatches at this stage of the game because a storm is brewing.

I get bitch slapped by bad spirits on an ever growing basis these days but in all reality I think everyone is. Please don’t be lame and let some whizz-bang spirit talk you into hacking up your friends. Don’t laugh, crimes are getting juicer these days and we’ve only begun our final decent into darkness. They are also getting closer to home. So fasten your seatbelts boys and girls for it’s not going to be a smooth landing. And put the ax in the overhead compartment. There is no way around the supernatural side of change and at some point you will have to face it. Even ignoring it will ultimately be impossible as time progresses. The supernatural is already ‘in your face’ to many people. Some folks are handling it quite well while others are completely freaked out. If only people paid more attention to their sacred books they would know the spirit world is very much alive and well. It does not matter where on the planet you reside since the spirit world is a universal place.

Civilization has entered a very dangerous period for the journey is filled with many unforeseen and unimagined obstacles. Prophecies abound with many tales of struggle and survival of epic proportions that stagger the imagination. And you can bet there are a bazillion bonehead spirits that accompany each tale of anguish and human suffering. The physical aspect of change will be most humbling but the paranormal side will strike a blow to many people’s sensibilities. They would be easy prey from spirits in need of servants or worshipers. Read your sacred book and get it from the horse’s mouth within your tradition eh. You need to learn how to run with the big dogs of the spirit world or you will be toast homeboy/girl and that’s the bottom line. Just so you know, paranormal stuff will follow us into the next cycle and be more a part of our daily lives, like it should be.

Bad spirits kick my ass from time to time and I am aware of what they are doing, how annoying. The pricks hit way below the belt and they are not screwing around. You must get your spiritual act together within your tradition or ideological principal, like now. Evil has already come out swinging and you’re just sitting there playing with your self, spiritually. You don’t need to walk around like you have a broom stick up your ass just because you possess sacred knowledge either. It’s time to pay attention and embrace our paranormalized existence with both eyes open if we plan to survive with our sanity intact.

You had better be anchored solidly within your dogma or ideological principal because the bad guys hit hard when they play. I get my share of lumps from evil’s wrath and they hurt in places closer to my heart and soul. Helplessly all I can do is pray for my family’s wellbeing as I embrace their fondest memories. This truly was not the world I wanted my kids to grow up into. I had a different dream for my kids. But alas my kids are now in my dreams. Bad spirits know exactly where to hit you so be prepared for the unexpected, believe me.

For those who are truly aware, just keep taking your lumps since it’s not going to ease up any time soon. You’re going to have to distance yourself more from others since there will be an influx of ‘travelers’ that will bring a multitude of spirits along with them, some good and some very, very bad. Be like the coyote and stay away from their world for this is not a time to make new friends but to sort out the old ones. As desperation rises across the planet there will be more travelers who will do and say anything to survive. Just remember, survival begins at home and you must be the number one priority. People will literally be going crazy as spirits and world events freak them out. You may be a bit freaked out by the presences of a spirit of some kind but you must hold your ground and stand up to them no matter what they tell you. You need to grow a spiritual callous because encounters are going to increase.

The world is in flux and many things are going to change and it is up to you to prepare since this is not going to be an easy ride according to all prophetic teachings. The trick to surviving this era is written in stone, within oral histories and a multitude of sacred texts from dogmas and ideological principals from throughout the universe. It’s not like the trick to survival is a secret. Knowing which spirits or entities are good or not would be a good place to start. You just have to get over the hump of the reality of spirits and move onto more practical concerns. It’s going to get very busy and people will have a harder time focusing on the spiritual activity. That is why it is so important you get your act together spiritually now before things go crazy. I am very aware and spiritually in tune and I’m getting my ass kicked. They are more like battles but fortunately I was still able to squeak out a prayer while under assault. Yup, for those of us who are aware it’s not an easy journey either, in fact it kind of sucks.

Good will prevail when it is all said and done, as prophesized. No matter how evil tries to alter this destiny they will only speed up their inevitable demise. Beware that the battle between good and evil has begun in earnest and many dark years lay before us. Evil will manifest itself in a multitude of disguises and misguided religious fervor. But if you got your act together within your dogma or ideological principal this all would be old news. You would have all the spiritual tools needed to survive the times we live. The supernatural side to this era would be an accepted part of life rather than something to freak out over. And you would not be likely to take lip from any spirit that pops into your life. Oh well, get it or don’t. It’s in your court now. A word to the wise, you better hurry up and get it together because it’s about to get real busy.
