INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 24 large marshmallows
  • 1 (6 ounce) package chow mein noodles
  • 1 (12 ounce) package mini candy-coated chocolate pieces

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and butter. Microwave until melted. Stir occasionally until chocolate is smooth. Pour chocolate into a sealable plastic bag and set aside.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Stick 4 chow mein noodles into each side of marshmallow for legs, and arrange on wax paper. Using scissors, cut one corner off the bag of melted chocolate. Drizzle over the marshmallow spiders. Attach 2 candies to each marshmallow for eyes. Chill until chocolate hardens.

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons cold milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 Fuji apples, cored and sliced
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter



    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    2. To Make Crust: In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, oil, milk, 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar and salt until evenly blended. Pat mixture into a 9 inch pie pan, spreading the dough evenly over the bottom and up sides. Crimp edges of the dough around the perimeter.
    3. To Make Filling: Mix together 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over apples and toss to coat. Spread evenly in unbaked pie shell.
    4. To Make Topping: Using a pastry cutter, mix together 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar and butter until evenly distributed and crumbly in texture. Sprinkle over apples.
    5. Put pie in the oven on a cookie sheet to catch the juices that may spill over. Bake 45 minutes.

    2kg mince beef (cooked)
    1kg grated cheese
    4 large onions(chopped/cooked)
    heaps of mushrooms (sliced/cooked)
    white sauce (packs 6x)
    tomato paste (2 jars /large)
    lasgna sheets (pre-made)
    1 clove of garlic (if liked)

    1. cook meat, onions,mushrooms in pan , until cooked then drain the oil from that
    2.mix the tomato paste, meat, mushroom and onion together in large bowl or pot....add garlic
    3.make your white sauce and have ready to the side
    4.place some white sauce down into the bottom of the lasagna dish, to lightly cover the place a layer of lasanga sheets down, cover with the meat etc, then cover with a layer of cheese and pour some white sauce over the top. then place another layer of lasanga sheets down. continue until you have reach the top. on the top just place meat etc. heaps of cheese and the last of the white sauce
    cook in oven on 200c for 30/1hour until golden brown on top and base is soft when serving
    serves 6/12 people if in large dish.

    enjoy - my 4 boys and husband/friends and other family members just love this dish as it comes out really creamy and yummy

    hint: left over you can freeze and reheat in mircowave for a snack or main meal
